Client Area Login

The Client Area is the customer-facing portal where clients log in to manage their services, invoices, and support tickets.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://the-website-hoster.com/whmcs/clientarea.php
  2. In the login box, type your registered Email Address and Password.

  3. Check the I'm not a robot checkbox.

  4. Check the Remember Me box if you are on a private device.

  5. Click the blue Login button.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://the-website-hoster.com/whmcs/clientarea.php
  2. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?".

  3. Enter your registered Email Address and click Submit.

  4. Open the password reset email from your inbox and click the secure link.

  5. Create and confirm your new password.

Client Area Features

Account Setup Access your Welcome Email (contains cPanel login details, nameservers, and initial setup instructions) – usually found in the "Emails History" section under the dropdown on the right where your name appears.
Your Services View all active hosting packages, VPS, and email hosting. Access control panels (like cPanel). Upgrade or downgrade plans.
Domains Register new domains, renew existing ones, manage DNS records, or update nameservers.
Billing View unpaid and paid invoices. Pay outstanding balances. Download past invoices and view transaction history.
Support Open new technical or billing tickets. View replies to existing tickets. Search the Knowledgebase for guides.
Account Settings Update your contact email, phone number, or address. Change your account password. Set up security features (like Two-Factor Authentication).
