The FLOSSNet 1-day practical WooCommerce Training Course will equip you with knowledge and skills to build a professional online store from scratch on your harddrive complete with products, shopping cart, checkout, payment gateway, and shipping.
WooCommerce can also be set up as a catalogue with no prices and no checkout. You will receive an e-mail with the products customers are interested in, at which point you can send them an order/invoice.
We assume you start the course with no prior e-commerce experience, programming, or technical skills.
WooCommerce is a free plugin that you install on your WordPress website. There is no monthly fee.
Course Bonus
We will assist you with synchronising your online shop and product data with Google. In doing so, your products will become available for both free listings on the Shopping tab and Google Shopping Ads.
That means that your catalogue will be available to shoppers when they search on Google Shopping.
You must take us up on this offer within two month after having attended the course. After the two months, there will be a charge of R1500.00 if you require assistance.
We will sign you up for free to our Self-Paced WooCommerce Training Course, so you can learn at your own pace.

The attendance of the FLOSSNet’s WordPress Training Course is strongly recommended for the WooCommerce Training Course.
The following are the prerequisites for those who did not attend the FLOSSNet’s WordPress training course but have WordPress experience:
- You must know how to login to the Backend/Dashboard of WordPress
- You must be comfortable working in the Backend/Dashboard of WordPress
- You must have created pages with images in WordPress
- You must know how to install a plugin
- You must know what a shortcode is and how it is used
- You must know what a widget and sidebar is
You are required to bring a laptop/Mac to the course.

Private Training
We offer the WooCommerce Training Course either one-on-one or for a group at your office in Gauteng.
For training outside Gauteng, we require a minimum of three participants to conduct the training at your office. If there are only two participants, the Standard Course Fee per participant will apply.
