Setup Recurring Payments

Below are the steps to follow when you want to activate recurring payments as a convenient way of making monthly payments automatically. You can cancel the recurring payment at any time.

Since we are using PayFast, all payments are being processed securely on the PayFasyt website. There is no payment processing happening on The Website Hoster’s website. PayFast will notify you and us when a payment has been successful.

We do not in any way store credit or debit card details. Do the following to activate recurring payments:

1.       Login to your account at The Website Hoster, https://the-website-hoster.com/whmcs/clientarea.php

You can request your password if you have forgotten it using Forgot Password.

The e-mail address will be the one on which you receive your invoices.

2.       Do one of the following:

For Current Invoices

    • Click View All for Unpaid Invoices
    • Click Pay All. You will be directed to the PayFast website.
    • Select PayFast for Payment Method and then click Subscribe Now.
    • Complete your Cheque or Credit Card details and click the Pay button.

For Overdue Invoices

    • Click Pay Now for Overdue Invoices. You will be directed to the PayFast website.
    • Select PayFast for Payment Method and then click Subscribe Now.
    • Complete your Cheque or Credit Card details.
    • Click the Pay button.
